Olá, eu sou o Merêncio. Faço parte da equipa de redação da “Engenharia Rádio” e adoro tudo o que é terror/horror, ainda mais durante o mês de outubro. Quando o frio começa a vir, os dias vão ficando mais curtos e os mortos andam á solta muahah… estou a brincar…Desculpem 🙂 !

Mas se fores como eu e gostares de ficar em casa a ver filmes de terror, então espero das minhas sugestões. Tentei cobrir diferentes “géneros” dentro do horror: demónios, fantasmas, bruxas, aliens, cultos, serial killers, etc. E ainda procurei deixar filmes de várias épocas, desde filmes que saíram este ano, até filmes que se estrearam pouco depois da metade do século passado.

Aqui ficam as minhas recomendações:

• Hell House LLc (2015)

Sinopse: Five years after an unexplained malfunction causes the death of 15 tour-goers and staff on the opening night of a Halloween haunted house tour, a documentary crew travels back to the scene of the tragedy to find out what really happened.

 

• The Conjuring (2013)

Sinopse: Paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren work to help a family terrorized by a dark presence in their farmhouse.

 

• Suspiria (2018)

Sinopse: A darkness swirls at the center of a world-renowned dance company, one that will engulf the artistic director, an ambitious young dancer, and a grieving psychotherapist. Some will succumb to the nightmare. Others will finally wake up.

Observações: Ainda não vi o original mas se gostares desta versão, então acho que devias ver. É o que eu vou fazer.

 

• Creep (2014)

Sinopse: A young videographer answers an online ad for a one-day job in a remote town to record the last messages of a dying man. When he notices the man’s odd behavior, he starts to question his intentions.

 

• The Borderlands/Final Prayer (2013)

Sinopse: A team of Vatican investigators descend upon a church in a remote area to demystify the unusual happenings, but what they discover is more disturbing than they had first imagined.

 

• Colour out of space (2019)

Sinopse: A secluded farm is struck by a strange meteorite which has apocalyptic consequences for the family living there and possibly the world.

 

•  Talk to me (2022)

Sinopse: When a group of friends discover how to conjure spirits using an embalmed hand, they become hooked on the new thrill, until one of them goes too far and unleashes terrifying supernatural forces.

 

• Deadstream (2022)

Sinopse: A disgraced internet personality attempts to win back his followers by livestreaming one night alone in a haunted house. But when he accidentally pisses off a vengeful spirit, his big comeback event becomes a real-time fight for his life.

 

• The witch (2015)

Sinopse: A family in 1630s New England is torn apart by the forces of witchcraft, black magic and possession.

•  Hereditary (2018)

Sinopse: A grieving family is haunted by tragic and disturbing occurrences.

Observação: Não pesquisem nada sobre este filme antes, pesquisem só depois porque vão precisar hehe.

 

Os Clássicos:

• Rosemary’s baby (1968)

Sinopse: A young couple trying for a baby moves into an aging, ornate apartment building on Central Park West, where they find themselves surrounded by peculiar neighbors.

 

• The Omen (1976)

Sinopse: Mysterious deaths surround an American ambassador. Could the child that he is raising actually be the Antichrist? The Devil’s own son?

 

• The Changeling (1980)

Sinopse: After the death of his wife and daughter in a car crash, a music professor staying at a long-vacant Seattle mansion is dragged into a decades-old mystery by an inexplicable presence in the mansion’s attic.

 

• House of wax (2005)

Sinopse: A group of teens are unwittingly stranded near a strange wax museum and soon must fight to survive and keep from becoming the next exhibit.

Observações: O primeiro e o segundo filme da franquia “Evil Dead” são muito parecidos mas também são os dois muito bons, por isso deixo para ti a escolha de ver o primeiro, o segundo ou os dois.

• A Nightmare on elm street (1984) (todos)

Sinopse: Freddy Krueger mata adolescentes nos sonhos… O Johnny Depp participa num filme:)

 

• Blair Witch (1999)

Sinopse: Three film students vanish after traveling into a Maryland forest to film a documentary on the local Blair Witch legend, leaving only their footage behind.

 

• Alien (1979)

Sinopse: The crew of a commercial spacecraft encounters a deadly lifeform after investigating an unknown transmission.

 

• Psycho (1960)

Sinopse: A Phoenix secretary embezzles $40,000 from her employer’s client, goes on the run and checks into a remote motel run by a young man under the domination of his mother.

• The Cabin in the woods (2011)

 

Sinopse: Five friends go for a break at a remote cabin, where they get more than they bargained for, discovering the truth behind the cabin in the woods.

 

• It Follows (2014)

Sinopse: A young woman is followed by an unknown supernatural force after a sexual encounter.

 

• Smile (2022)

Sinopse: After witnessing a bizarre, traumatic incident involving a patient, a psychiatrist becomes increasingly convinced she is being threatened by an uncanny entity.

 

• Evil Dead Rise (2023)

Sinopse: A twisted tale of two estranged sisters whose reunion is cut short by the rise of flesh-possessing demons, thrusting them into a primal battle for survival as they face the most nightmarish version of family imaginable.

 

• Barbarian (2022)

Sinopse: A woman staying at an Airbnb discovers that the house she has rented is not what it seems.

 

• The Ritual (2017)

Sinopse: A group of old college friends reunite for a trip to a most dangerous country in Europe – Sweden, encountering a menacing presence there stalking them.

 

• Censor (2021)

Sinopse: After viewing a strangely familiar video nasty, Enid, a film censor, sets out to solve the past mystery of her sister’s disappearance, embarking on a quest that dissolves the line between fiction and reality.

 

• Fear Street (2021)

Sinopse: A circle of teenage friends accidentally encounter the ancient evil responsible for a series of brutal murders that have plagued their town for over 300 years. Welcome to Shadyside.

Observações: É divertido mas se estiverem indecisos entre este e outro desta lista, escolham o outro. O meu favorito dos três é o dois.
