A grande revelação da cena independente escandinava

A maior revista de música norueguesa, Hissig, considerou “Even Faster Still” o sexto melhor álbum de 2012, declarando que se trata de uma banda especial.

Os Level & Tyson editaram, no final de 2012, o álbum de estreia, “Even Faster Still”, que foi recebido de forma extraordinária. Entre as muitas críticas ao disco citamos o jornal norueguês Klassekampen que escreve: “Level & Tyson tem uma expressão moderna e intemporal. No disco a banda mostra-se extremamente confiante e ao vivo revelam uma explosão de entusiasmo”.

O disco também chegou a França, onde se pode ler, na revista de música Les Zindés, que o único defeito de “Even Faster Still” é ser muito curto.Level & Tyson combina os opostos, como punk, poesia, pop e ruído. Uma combinação que, quando efectuada nas porporções correctas, acaba por ter um efeito hipnotizante.

Depois de uma primeira passagem por Portugal, em Fevereiro de 2014, o queinteto norueguês regressa ao nosso país para apresentar canções novas, de um disco que ainda não teve edição física.

The biggest revelation of the Scandinavian independent scene.

Hissig, Norway’s largest music magazine, considered “Even Faster Still” to be the sixth best album of 2012, stating the band is a special one.

Level & Tyson released in late 2012 their debut album, “Even Faster Still”, to an acclaim from the critique. Among many reviews we quote the Norwegian newspaper Klassekampen that wrote “Level & Tyson have a modern and timeless epxression. On the record the band shows extreme confidence and live they reveal an explosion of enthusiasm”.

The album also reached France, where one can read on the French music magazine Les Zindés that the only fault of “Even Faster Still” is being to short. Level & Tyson comine opposites, like punk, poetry, pop and noise. A combination that given the right proportions ends up having an hypnotic effect.

After a first visit to Portugal back in February 2014, the norwegian five-piece band returns to our country to present new songs, from a record still to be physically released.
